Jason Oberman CEO
Mr. Oberman is the founder and CEO of Blox Ventures. Prior to establishing Blox Ventures, Mr. Oberman led investments and asset management activities at Rockwood Capital, where he was instrumental in the growth of the multibillion-dollar real estate investment management firm.
Mr. Oberman's educational background includes a BA in Political Science and an MGA in Governmental Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors. He has also shared his knowledge and insights as a lecturer on commercial real estate at UC Berkeley's HAAS Graduate School of Business.
His accomplishments have been recognized with the 2015 "40 under 40" award by the Silicon Valley Business Journal and the top "50 under 40" distinction by the Real Estate Forum. In addition, his investments have won the distinction of "Development of the Year" by NAIOP and "Deal of the Year" by the Silicon Valley Business Journal.

Mike Hegseth is a Partner at Blox Ventures with over 15 years of experience in real estate. Prior to Blox, he was Managing Director at Rockwood Capital, leading investments in the Western US. Hegseth's early career was spent at a boutique investment bank specializing in office, multifamily, and retail properties. He graduated with high honors from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business with a BS in Business Administration. Hegseth's expertise contributes to the strategic growth and success of Blox Ventures.
